When you submit the contact form or the brand trust diagnostic form, we collect the information you choose to provide: your name, company, email, company website, message, annual revenue range and diagnostic answers.
How we use it
We use this information to respond to your inquiry, arrange a free walkthrough of your diagnostic, prepare an initial brand trust reading, and improve TronRay's service processes. We do not sell your personal data.
Third-party services and data transfer
Submitted forms are received and processed by this website's server, which sends two emails through our email service provider, Mailgun: a confirmation or diagnostic report to you, and an internal notification to TronRay. The information you enter is included in these emails and transmitted via Mailgun. This website has no database and does not store form content on the site.
Retention and deletion
We keep your information for as long as needed to follow up with you and complete necessary administrative work. If you would like to access, correct or delete information you have provided, please send a request through the form on our Contact page.
