Is TronRay a newly founded company?

Yes. TronRay was founded at the moment generative AI began rewriting the rules of industry. It was started by an engineering and data team, who invited senior advisors in venture capital, law, accounting and industry research to form the company together. The company is new; the team is not — members of our advisory group each have more than twenty years of professional practice and investment experience, and the technical team has a verifiable track record of delivering systems. We believe this combination is one that only this moment calls for, and only this moment makes possible.

How is a management consultancy different from a digital agency?

An agency delivers execution; an advisor delivers judgment. What sets TronRay apart is that we offer both: when a strategic recommendation is made, a team capable of implementing it is already standing behind it, with no hand-off to a third party.

Our data is highly sensitive. Can we still adopt AI?

Yes — this is one of our core services. We first map the sensitivity levels of your data and the regulations that apply, then design an on-premises / cloud split architecture accordingly: confidential data stays inside the organization for inference, while general tasks go to cloud models. Compliance opinions are issued by our legal advisory group.

How long does a typical engagement take?

Diagnostic projects take about 4–6 weeks, system-building projects about 3–6 months, and ongoing advisory work is arranged on an annual basis. We recommend starting with a baseline diagnostic in a single area and talking about scale once there are verifiable results.

Can you work within the procurement procedures of government agencies and institutions?

Yes. We are familiar with fixed lump-sum pricing, installment invoicing and inspection-based project closure, and our deliverables include reports, presentation decks and execution records. Members of our advisory group also have experience advising on and preparing proposals for government and institutional programs.

Does TronRay charge the same way as typical consulting firms?

Most projects are priced at a fixed total. A small number of long-term engagements use an annual advisory fee or a shared-outcome arrangement (including equity). We do not bill by the hour.
